How do you unlock rock lee in Super Smash Flash 2

Rock Lee was originally planned to be a playable character in Super Smash Flash 2, but was cut due to fans' complaints, plus he was very incomplete. If he would be playable, his Final Smash could have been, most likely, the Ura Renge, but that was just a possibility. However, Rock Lee wasn't taken out completely from the game. He makes a minor cameo in Super Smash Flash 2, staying in front of the foregorund doing push-ups on the stage Hidden Leaf Village (Konoha). He is one of the numerous background characters in that stage, alongside Chōji Akimichi, Gaara, Shikamaru Nara, Hinata Hyūga and Itachi Uchiha.
