Why is shadow the hedeghog rated E10 plus but has cursing in it

Games usually are rated 10+ if it has some small pointless words in it. No big deal. If you have a kid that you don't want seeing those words then find a way around it. Take Portal 2 for an example, it has a few curse words in it.
