Is super Sonic better than hyper Sonic

No. Hyper sonic only appeared within sonic 3. You got him by loading sonic and knuckles onto a cartage where you already collected the chaos emeralds and then collecting all the super emeralds. With hyper sonic he can do a double jump that kills all enemy's on screen. Also i think he is faster. So over all Hyper sonic is better.
