Can someone help you find a game

I'll try to describe it as best I can. Me and my dad used to play this game together back in the 2000's, give or take a few years. The game was divided into levels, each a different color. there were a lot of blocks that formed walls to a maze like area. each block was grey and it had lights on it that looked like it belonged in tron. At the end of the level, was a robot mouse (or rat) that was next to a hole in the ground. The avatar you controlled was a round object. that matched the surrounds, ecxept it was always grey with blue lights. The objective of the game was to guide the avatar through the maze and get to the robot. But the robot would always escape through the hole. There were some levels where you could move blocks around to help. I hope this game is still around, because I've been searching for years, i have no luck. i'm hoping that someone else knows what it is.
