What is a good iPad Game engine

I believe Unity is the most used, as it is the easier to use and port content with. Hope that helps, btw without proper training you might have a difficult time using Unity. Try looking for tutorials online. I believe the Unity website has some tutorials to start you out, but I don't think they will be enough. I think those are for people who have already had experience with other game engines, like UDK.
