Are there any city building games

Now, there are SimCity 4, Cities XL, and Tropico
I've played SimCity (1989), Cities XL(2009), but not Tropico (2001)!
I've seen the review on CHIP Computer Magazine, and it's not really good for me.
The Best City Building Games is Cities XL series (Original (October 2009), 2011 (October 2010), and the newest, 2012, is released on 20th October this year (3 days from now). I have the 2011 version.
The newest version of SimCity is SC4 Deluxe (2003, 2008), and the newest version of Tropico is Tropico 4 (October 2011).
For who that just want to try building cities, go for SimCity 4 cause it's just $20 now. But if you want 3d Graphics, go for Cities XL 2011/2012, it's $20 (2011) and $35 (preorder 2012). Tropico 4 is the one who want extra challenge with disasters. It's $30.
