Should you run away from your fears or face them
Answer: You should definitely face your fears and get over them even if you need a consultant, BE BRAVE.
Answer: It would depend on what your fears are, why you might run from them, and how you might face them.
If your fears are something highly dangerous towards you which can result in serious injury, pain, or death, then there should be no reason to
have to face them unless you're placed in a situation with no choice but to.
If your fears are something that can be faced without any injury, pain, or death, then it would be your choice, and shouldn't be mandatory unless not facing them severely stunts your life in some way or another.
If you don't want to face something that you fear because it makes you very uncomfortable and there's no reason to face it, then you shouldn't force yourself into doing so because it won't necessarily make you less afraid.
However, if you are going to face them because you do believe it can be helpful, just make sure it is something you
want to go through with for your
own good and not just something you feel you have to go through with to prove a point to others. And remember that sometimes getting over fears takes a bit of time so that we can maturely grow and begin to rationalize at how irrational we feel about something that, in actuality, isn't so frightening.
