How do you unlock vegeta on Super Smash Flash 2

You can't unlock Vegeta in Super Smash Flash 2.He is not a playable character only appears in the background of Namek with Gohan and his son Trunks.Vegeta will never appear as a playable character in any Super Smash Flash demos.
