Where is the mission in the assassins creed brotherhood trailer

If you're talking about the trailer where Ezio confronts Cesare Borgia in a papal procession, then I'm sorry to say it's not included as a mission in the game. It was only created for advertisement purposes; just like how the trailers of the first two AC games featured missions not included in the actual game.
