How do you start a successful guild in combat arms

To start a successful **CLAN**(haha) its good to get a few good players with a good rep that are starting out (go Bravo not Jackson) and make sure they aren't hacking or anything that will give your clan a bad rep. After you have about 3-7 start CW in the bulldog server(or whatever its called now haha) then get to level 3 once you are level three its all about looks so you can start recruiting higher level people. Put a clan req so then better people will start joining and it looks more official. start doing offers to get a clan pic or buy with NX. If you have megaphones use them at PEEK times to say to apply put you req. add a teamspeak if you want your clan will be MUCH more official. people should start applying or sending you PMs start a tryout room in Bravo or what ever server to try them out at first get a lot of players so you can start CWing more to lvl your clan. then start to raise your req and kicking the bad ppl. then spend NX on things that make your clan look better like color changing record resets and stuff like that. Make sure to get people with CLEAN CBL make sure!!!!!!! its SUPER important that they have clean CBL and a good rep or else your clan will fail in the begging stages! if you cant find ppl to join offer them like a 7day gun to join and CW a bit soo your lvl will raise if your level is at like 2 more ppl would want to join. Also, have a clan pic/name color. more ppl will join cause its more official. have a room that says clan tryouts when ever your need ppl to CW. Also, teamspeak will make you REALLY offical if you can get a mic and use it its SOOO helpfull(i dont have one cause mines broke and i dont got money fo another one =S).
NX is REALLY helpful for starting a clan and make it successful.
