In Endless Ocean Blue World how do you get the telescope

Ok well first you need to call Nancy and she click buy items. after that look at the top of the buyable items you should see 3 tabs (if you did not find her sizzors then their will be 2) click the second tab (has a piece of coral on it) and look for the telescope and buy it
