Each vision has a maximum "diamond" count of 150. The diamonds are specifically known as dream stones. Some levels are capable of exceeding 150 dream stones but that is if the player manages to manipulate some dream stone accumulation (usually using a mirror fairy that gives x2 per stone temporarily). Once the player accumulates 150 dream stones within that vision, the green dream stone icon on the world map for that vision will turn blue.

The gold medallion is obtained in Reverse Mode. *spoiler* Once in reverse mode, there will be a white swirling portal located somewhere on each vision. Once in the portal a timer will start (just like on the Ex Vision) and the objective is to reach the end of the new location as fast as possible. The medallion is at the end and so is the return portal. It is possible to jump back into the portal you entered from to reset the timer.
