What is the difference between dead rising and dead rising classics

The only difference is the case. 'Classics' are the Xbox 360's version of a 'Greatest Hits' collection. The Original Xbox had Platinum Hits now the 360 has Classics. This version is just a later release. The contents of the disc are no different.
