More ram won't hurt, and changing that generic graphics card to a better one will help as well. Finally, de-fragmenting and removing registry errors will give an extra boost. If you bought a fast computer, you might want to do this. You can squeeze the extra power out of it. If after all this, it's still too slow, buy a new CPU. You will probably have to buy a new motherboard with this.
