Where is the fifth gem in Jungle Ruins in build a bear ville

People are saying its @ your cub condo but i dont know what there talking about  you need to play bear to bear baseball and get a homerun is what other people said.cause he said yu need to RUN HOME? but i did that and got a home run and nothing happened :(
