How do you get out of the cell in Metal Gear Solid 3

There are three ways:
1. use the fake death pill
2. go into the survival viewer and press R1, then spin snake for more than 10 seconds press start and he will throw up
3. during the cut-scene before-hand press R1 and you will see the sorrow holding a sign with a radio frequency, call the frequency and the door will unlock.

Note:
If you are trying to pass without alerts then I would recommend throwing up because the guard will come in the cell and ask if you're alright.
