Does Xion have a heart

Xion... Xion is a replica of Sora intended to merge with Roxas, thus forming an incomplete Keyblade wielder. She does not have a heart, nor would Organization XIII change their name a to ascertain the situation. As Saix says, "Count the seats. When have we ever been more than thirteen?"
