Is shadow still alive in sonic x episode 38

Yes, eggman found his body and has kept him in a capsule in his base. Rouge finds him, and then goes back to eggman's bridge of the base. After a mishap with the chaos emeralds, the chaos emerald powering shadow's capsule frees shadow and wakes him from his sleep. He uses chaos control to teleport to give a visit to Sonic and the others. They all just stare at him in disbelief (Shadow steals their emerald). He teleports back to rouge and eggman, and falls unconsious after that.He returns in the episodes 70-78
