Play as yuffie in Kingdom Hearts 2

You can't, you can fight against her, talk to her, and fight WITH her. You fight with her before the "1,000 heartless battle" when you fight with many people, one at a time (leon, cloud, yuffie, etc.) other than that, nothing else. sorry, she's one of my favorites too!
