How many phsycopaths are in the game dead rising

There are eighteen, most of which are optional encounters. They are Carlito Keyes, the main antagonist, Isabela Keyes, his younger sister, Adam the clown, Cletus the gun shop owner, Steven the grocery store manager, Cliff the Vietnam war veteran, Jo the obese policewoman, The Sniper family(Roger, Jack and Thomas), Sean, the cult leader, Paul the teenage pyromaniac, Kent the photographer, Larry the butcher, and the three convicts(Sam, Miguel and Reginald). If you win, there is another one, a soldier commander, Brock. There are also some unofficial psychopaths, like the Special Forces soldiers and the True Eye Cult, who are enemies that are only slightly harder to kill than zombies.
