Weres the rangers guild in runescape

If you walk/teleport to seers ( Camelot Teleport ) follow the path past seers towards ardougne but on the way just past seers there's a bunch of chickens, opposite those is the Rangers Guild, you will need a minimum level of 40 Ranged to enter.
