Nintendo have purposefully left it unclear of Link's romantic interests, as well as Zelda. Miyamoto said himself that Link was always designed as a protagonist that players could feel as if they were him, giving a free roaming world and free choices in most events.
Therefore, Link specifically, and Zelda possibly, like whoever you want them to.

Somewhat of an exception is Spirit Tracks. Near the end, when Zelda recovers her body, she happily hugs Link (though this may be more gratitude as opposed to romance). A more precise indicator is how the two hold hands together after defeating the final boss, Malladus.
