How do you beat the Goopy Inferno in the easy way

The only way to do this is when you're on the big tree by the other side of the island. Not the one in the back...but, not the one by where you start. If you're on the tree where you can see the big yellow mushroom then you're right. just dive down hope up and get fluud! Now just clean clean the mayor on the top of the yellow mushroom. He will give you the shine and you'll be go to GO!
