How do you take your chao to get a name on sonic 2 adventure battle if when you walk out of the room you go back to story mode I dont know how to take my chao to class either

You have to go to stage select, go to Chao World, and go to the Chao Kindergarten. There are a total of 5 doors. The Fortune Teller's House is where you get a name for your Chao. If you don't like the names she gives you, say, "No. No. Yes." The Classroom is where you leave your Chao to learn new skills. Hope this helps, and good luck!
