I don't think it is possible, You can buy one as a member, however that costs 4.99 per month. You can also buy one with station cash, however that also costs money. You can take a pet trial for 10 minutes, where you choose a pet and name it. But that eventually goes back :( Edit - This person is totally wrong :D
