How do you beat 3rd boss in Megaman x command mission

Remember always have a high level(20 or higher)and dont run from battles there.Also use the thunder buster you get from Jango.and have full sub energy....THEN MAYBE JUST MAYBE YOU MIGHT WIN!!!
