How do you earn bells on animal crossing when tom nooks is closed

1. if tom nooks is closed you can sell clothes, umbrellas, hats, masks, sunglasses at "able sisters" or you could go to a friends town on an other game or you could just save the game and then when you turn it on again before you chose your person then you click on the phone and change the day to the next one and then you can sell your stuff then, or you could run around a little and then save and then change the day back to the original day, and then your store will be upgraded and you can sell your stuff! hope that helps!!!!
i do that all the time for up coming events and things like that!!!! then you can do them more than once you can also do it the other way around
