To take the screenshot press "PrtSc" which stands for 'Print Screen' , if that doesn't work press "Ctrl+Alt+PrtSc". Once you have done that open up paint or another program where you can copy paste pictures. Save it into a folder you will remember and go to the website and click submit screenshot.
