On the page titled Student Programs there is a link allowing you to nominate a student. No significant academic record is needed. It is open to anyone.

Expect to pay $4000 to $10,000 for a student "scholarship" trip. The trips have been reported to be excellent experiences to those who participated but this is not a non-profit organization, nor is it exclusive.
