Where are the dragon radar in dragon ball z budokai tenkaichi 2

I don't think there is one.
Actually, it's either 1 of 2 things:
1.Dragon Radar is a Z item
2. This is a known fact but when a dragon ball is revealed (via destroying things on the map in story mode) it will flash orange on the radar if dragon radar is equipped if not already.
