How does sonic fly

He powers up all of the energy in his super fast hedgehog legs, and disperses it all throughout his little body. The power is so imense that it causes energy to course through his body, causing him to become gold, or as dragon ball Z fanatics say, "go super seien." It is nothing like that, however his physical apperance may resemble a "super seien" Sonic is not a Seien, he is a hedgehog.
