Your zwinky just got terminated how do you get it back

I just got my account terminated, but I've gone to mindspark.com, btw that's the "makers" of zwinky. I went to the zwinky page and went to help. I asked for my account back. If that doesn't work .. i guess there is no other way to get your account back.. but the worst part is I just baught a zcard.
