How do you get more zchievements without doing anything

Well, to start of with, you can get some wardrobe items unlocked by going in to purchases and clicking f5 but u cant wear them, i tried and it wouldn't work.
I think u can get zchievements by walking around, i know it seems boring but it works! that's how i got 1000 zchievements.
