How do you fix your modded controller to work on codWAW

have to get a mod that shoots slower just enough to not get a delay on it. i had a regular mod before and it always gets a delay so i bought a codwaw mod that has 4 speeds. one that shoots as fast as my old controller and the other just enough to not get delayed. you can get them on ebay.
