When was the first video game system made

1295 I dont remember the exact date but i belive it was around 1950-1960 It was a game of ping pong. Something like a clasic atari game. It was basicly a small mettle box with a joystick that conected to an osiliscope. (thats a device used by electricians to analize a frequency)
