When is this DLC gaming coming out

Downloadable Content has been out for a long time now in gaming. The Xbox 360 is offering full games like Civilization Revolution for download right onto the system from Xbox Live. The PC however probably holds the record for longest running DLC gaming just because PC are mostly all online.
