Why do you change colors in stick RPG complete

It marks your karma. White=good. Light Blue=okay. Dark Blue=not good. Purple=bad. Dark Red=terrible. All decisions affect karma. Selling drugs or drinking beer or robbing lowers it. Going to work, sleeping, and overall being a goody two shoes raises it. The lower it is, the more likely you are to be, say, runover by a car
