Who is the master on Fallout

The master is the creator of the super mutants and is basically a mutated cluster f__k of his former self who resides in the Cathedral. His name was originally Richard Grey and he was a citizen of Vault 8 before he was banished from there for murdering. He would later find the Hub where he would also find pre ghoulified Harold (one of the most famous ghouls in the Fallout Universe). From that point Harold and Richard trekked the wastes and eventually ran across the Mariposa military base which housed the FEV (forced evolutionary virus) which he would later use to create the super mutants. Once inside the base both they were quickly over run by mutated creatures (presumably insects that were rather large). While Harold escaped, later turning into a ghoul from the exposure to the FEV, Richard Grey was snatched up by the one of the robotic arms that were still online and he was dipped into the FEV vat for about a month straight. From this point he started to get delusions of a mass race which he would create through the use of the FEV. Apparently he didn't think through how they would reproduce with a radioactive genitalia so yeah. His "Master Race" would later become the super mutants and he would become the "Master". His first attempts on FEV use were not as successful as he had hoped so he just consumed the bodies, forming more gelatinous mass around him. His computer monitor that he so famously wrapped his chest around isn't used for much other than monitoring his voice box or something pointless... Im sure there is some other use for it that I don't know. Anyways, you now know who the master is and why he needs to be stopped so yeah!
