How do you get a snow imp on runescapecom

the way you can get a snow imp on runescape can only be done during winter. what you have to do is start/complete the special quest. once you do you will have a snow imp follow you until Christmas is over. the name can be several different things (i cant remember all of them right now but mine is named charlie)
