Will the ps3 come down to 100

Highly unlikely !

The cost of production is quite big, and the reason that they are able to sell the PS3 at that price today, is because they produce them in a BIG number.

At one time, this technology will be old and the new products will begin to be comparable in price but much more powerful. So the price will have to drop in order to sell more PS3.

There is a price from were there is no possibility of cutting it down without having looses. Considering that it's unlikely that the price of production will be less than 100, there is serious doubt that the PS3 will come down to 100$.
