How do you get to undernet 3 in Megaman battle network 3 blue -

From Undernet 1: Go down the middle ramp, left around the ramps to the long arrow path and take it to Undernet 2. Go right, up the ramp, and take the second warp point, then go down into Undernet 1. Wrap around to reenter Undernet 2, and from there it's a straight shot to Undernet 3. A random postman navi will give you directions in Undernet 2.
