How old do you have to be to play Second Life

Previously in Second Life, during the time of Teen Grid, you could be 13 and play Second Life on the Teen Grid. The teen grid was shut down, however, around 2011. You have to be 16 or over to play Second Life now, and if you are under 18, you will be restricted to the areas with the rating of G, or General.
