Where do you buy gift certificates for Movie Star Planet

I have looked everywhere for them, and i mean EVERYWHERE! I've tried all the stores and when i asked for help....they looked at me like i was crazy. So...i soon learned, you can't get certificates for MSP, you have to buy VIP with your credit card....or any other payment plan.
