How do you get the fuzzy purple the moshling on Moshi Cupcakes

How to get I.G.G.Y ( i think thats the name ) on moshi cupcakes is that do NOT put in coco powder then put everything that is whtie to decorate it and then there you have it. when they take the picture you will catch I.G.G.Y!!!!!!!!!!!
