How do you make hidden object game

I'm just started to make a game, I'm just a beginner without any basics. I've learn some of C++ programming code and will continue learn it....I know it's hard to make a game but i will try! Can you recommend me where i should start? like which programs should i use, how to create 2D graphics, music etc. and is there any more computing language i should learn other than c++??? I decided to make a HOG or a TM, Thanks for your suggestions!
