As one helpful navi in the Undernet Square will tell, "undernet" is a really long word. Reading Rednu3 backwards produces Under 3, which is just a shortened version of Undernet 3. See what the game developers did? Isn't that clever? Rank 8 can be found there, in the same spot that Bass obliterated FlamMan to prove he could. Why there? Cause it's epic.
