Yes!!! There is going to be one, for sure. The head of the elder scrolls projects/games Todd Howard said as much in several interviews. As of today(December 4th, 2010) iit is supposed to come out very soon, but Bethesda hasn't said when exactly. It will probably be sometime in early to mid 2011. Most of the info on it is just rumors. The only rumor that has been proven false for sure is that it is going to be an online MMO(massive multiplayer online game), which Howard said isn't true in an interview. No one really knows where it is going to take place, but most people believe it may be set in Skyrim or possibly Summerset Isle. It is said to be set like 200 yrs after oblivion, which may or may not be true. The most recent news is that some guy from Eurogamer overheard a conversation of some guy whos a member of the team working on it, and he found out that the next game will be a direct sequel to oblivion.
