What is PARIAH in prototype the game

Pariah is the son of Elizabeth Green. When she was infected back in Hope Idaho, she was with child. When Blackwatch caught wind of this, they named the child Pariah after she gave birth. The child showed no signs of infection, but wasn't entirely "normal"
