Download a screen capture program such as FRAPS from www.FRAPS.com, and then record your gameplay. Once FRAPS has recorded your desired gameplay, load the recorded clips into a video editor such as Windows Movie Maker (free with XP SP2 onwards), or Sony Vegas Pro 8 (costs, if you buy it legally)
