What is a rubbery hide for monster hunter

the word "hide" means the skin/fur/outside coating covering the animal.
Rubbery Hide is the hide of Gypceros an animal with a very thick later of skin that almost acts like a rubber of tire (wheel's tire)

this thick layer of hide acts as insulators preventing Gypceros from being affected by the Shock trap's electric pulses and thus leaves hunters no choice but to use the Pitfall Trap which is not applicable in hunting it on swampy areas of the Swamp.
